Construction scheme of artificial lake
1. The foundation soil layer is compacted (compactness ≥85%), to avoid the damage caused by the foundation sinking during use, which will bring adverse factors to permanent use.
2. The foundation soil layer is flat and there should be no sharp objects such as stones to prevent the GCL from being pierced and affecting the waterproof effect. If the flatness does not meet the requirements, it is recommended to make 300mm thick medium sand or 30mm-50mm thick cement mortar leveling layer.
3. GCL can be constructed in a humid environment, but should not be immersed in water.
4. If the elevation of the bottom of the foundation soil layer is lower than the groundwater level, effective precipitation measures should be taken to drain the accumulated water.
The laying of GCL
1. Lap along the water flow direction, that is, the upstream GCL overlaps the downstream GCL.
2. The lap joint should be smooth and the lap length ≥300mm.
3. Sprinkle 0.4kg-0.6kg / m bentonite powder evenly at the joint.
4. Consider the sinking deformation of the foundation. If necessary, GCL can be wrinkled 1 or 2 at the bottom, and the wrinkle length is 100mm.
5. GCL's non-woven geotextile is laid on the white surface, covered with 300mm thick rammed clay, medium sand or 60mm-100mm thick plain concrete, and 50mm thick cement mortar can be used to embed pebbles with a particle size of 50-80. When the angle between the slope bottom and the slope waterproof slope is greater than 1: 3, cover the slope slope waterproof slope with 100mm thick plain concrete.
6. When laying GCL, the edge laying height is 100mm higher than the design water level.
7. If the pipeline or pile head crosses the GCL, first use a complete GCL to strengthen the bottom according to its pipe diameter and 300mm perimeter. After laying the whole roll, stir the bentonite powder into slurry to coat the edge .
GCL fixed
1. When sloping natural cliffs, anchor grooves are set around the river and lake, depth ≥400mm, width ≥400mm, turn the edge of GCL into and backfill anchor.
2. When vertical revetment, fix it with the surrounding structure with steel nails.
Requirements for water discharge from artificial lake
1. After the construction is completed, clean up the site and clean up all garbage and debris;
2. The water quality is clean, and no polluted water or seawater is allowed.
